Currently, if you are logged into gotoassist remote and click on Recordings you get a list of everything for the past 90 days.. There is no search??
It would be very useful to have the capability in searching "Recorded Sessions" by agent, date, company, etc.. Right now when we need to get a recorded session we have to go through all of them to find the correct one. We use this tool often and would love to see a search function.
