All GoToAssist Remote Support agents (who are also the current billing contact for their account) can now click Billing in their user account drop-down menu to be automatically redirected to the Billing Center, where they can manage their subscription plan, update their payment information, view billing receipts, and much more. Note: This option will not be displayed for billing contacts that manage a "corporate" account – these users will continue to click My Account from the user account drop-down menu to access the Billing Center. Learn more about account differences.
