Devices Showing In Session When They're Not

I have 4 devices showing a status of In Session, but no one is in a session with them. What could be the issue and how do I resolve it?

@cbmorehouse  Can you confirm when the last reboot was of the affected machines?

Re: Devices Showing In Session When They're Not

I'm not sure when they have been restarted, but why should that matter? When you close out of a session it shouldn't still show "In Session" within the list of devices.

@cbmorehouse  It's possible there mat be some updates available for the G2A desktop installation.  Please let us know the affected OS and Remote Support version installed upon the problem PCs.

There are 4 devices still showing In Session and they are all running 5.6.0.1373 on Win10.

@cbmorehouse  There was a brief UA disruption last week that may have affected some of your machines.  Is this problem still occurring after rebooting the PCs?
