GoToAssist V5 Issues with Desktop App

Just tried GTA v5 and ran into two problems with Desktop Application: 

1. We were not able to find the auto-login function (using saved passwords), when trying to access Unattended PCs (running all Windows editions). We were able to issue a CTRL-ALT-DEL and manually login to client PCs. When I ran GTA v4 Desktop App, all passwords were still available.

2. Decided to uninstall all GTA and LMI applications, and restarted PC. Noticed that mouse waiting cursor was blicking on/off constantly, and eventually traced issue to service LMIRemoteSupport_Pyi7yqdtYC. I assume that this is a remnant of GTA. When this service was stopped, the mouse waiting cursor stopped blinking on/off.

About #2 - LMIRemoteSupport_Pyi7yqdtYC may be related to GTA v5 Unattended Support on Customer PCs, which was also installed on a Tech's PC as a test. Regardless of which application is associated with that Service, that PC has the waiting cursor constantly blinking on/off.
