Version 5.3.2.1017 not showing offline

Clients that have been upgraded to version 5.3.2.1017 are now showing the two GTA processes running but not showing icon on taskbar and not showing up as online.

I understand this version was meant to resolve this issue but now seems worse, I do think this is now beyond a joke where is the Beta / Testing?

Just wanted to add a big thank you NOT to GTA as clients get upgraded, they no longer are available or show online. Just wasted a whole morning due to the failings of GTA. This along with all the other issues that have not been addressed mean time to look for another option.

I apologize for the frustrations.

We are currently working to resolve this behavior, and I expect a full resolution soon.  In the meantime you should still be able to utilize GoToAssist Version 4 to remotely access the unattended machines.
