Re: Addition of security notice on www.FastSupport.com

I'm all in on notifying customers' of possible scams.  I say put it in bold print.  The sad part is that I have over the years reported known scammers using GoToAssist to scam people out of fake tech support money and GoToAssist has done nothing address those cases.  Again, Know Scammers.  Very Sad.  The fact that you want to take steps to help people understand this common scam is definitely supported by me but you should finish by more thorough investigations into valid reports on scams, not run from them.

Re: Addition of security notice on www.FastSupport.com

@austinpctech  I am sorry for all the trouble you've encountered.

We do in fact take action on all fraudulent activity for any of LMI's services, including GoToAssist.  This is exactly what happens when affected users report their session IDs here:  https://support.logmeininc.com/gotoassist-remote-support/help/report-abuse-g2ars040007
