Every time I try to access fastsupport.com to start a session I get the following error:
The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
Your support ID is: 7032514623510036324
I have tried multiple computers, and multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, IE)
Any ideas how to work around this?

Sorry about that @ChrisSGD We have reached out to TalkTalk directly but the only solution they offer is disabling the account setting.
It seems that if I use a VPN then I can access the site. Could it be my ISP that is blocking it for some reason?

Are you using a personal or compnay network? Who is the ISP?
It's a personal internet, through TalkTalk in the UK. I'm pretty sure it's their HomeSafe Scam Protection that is blocking the site. I'm guessing someone has been tricked into letting a bad actor gain access to their computer using it and reported the site itself instead of the people responsible.
Annoyingly, their account settings to disable it don't work (it just resets). I've contacted their support about that so I can just switch it off and handle my own security. For now I can use a VPN to gain access to the site though
