Are others seeing failed logins to unattended computers or severely delayed logins to unattended computers over the past few days?
Yes, the problem has been going on for days.
Yesterday it was very difficult to establish unattended connections, and today we are experiencing intermittent problems.
Is there an explanation for this? Is someone working on a solution?
I see no mention of issues in the system status area. Seems like we all need to now call support which is a bummer overall as taking time to call in about issues is not something I ever have time to do. Maybe by not offering support chat and making people call in that reduces support calls because people just never want to take the time to call in and hope the issues just go away.
This AM it took me 4 tries to get into one of my unattended computers. But eventually it did log in.

We are aware of this intermittent problem with GoToAssist V4 application users, and are currently investigating further.

We'd like to confirm that random connection errors are no longer persisting. Should you continue to see these problems please let us know so we can open a new case for investigation.
This seems to be resolved at this time for me.
