I am unable to activate the free trial.

I want to check how is the product like before purchasing it. While I am trying to create a free trial account, it just keeps on circling and nothing happens. Can anyone help me on this?

Are you trying to register for the free trial using the same email address that you used here in the community?

Thanks, I'll see if I can find it in our system at all. Have you already tried closing your web browser completely and trying again, or a different web browser?

Yes I tried that on every browser.. But it doesn't work at all

Hi Raul,

It looks like you have already had more than one trial with us in the past after all. If you want to use any of our services you will need to purchase a plan.

My free trial period has expired and I never got to use it, can I reactivate before I purchase?

I believe you had a GoToMeeting trial there, Clare?
If so, I can reactivate this for you provided there was no usage.

Hi Ash  Please reactivate, I would like to trial first, I did not realise I had activated it. I just signed up for a training session.
