Screen sharing stops after switching logins on remote PC

We are using GoToAssist v 4.5 build 1610 and when we switch users on a remote PC more than once, screen sharing drops and won't reconnect. The PCs we are supporting are running Windows 10 and we need to log out of the non-admin account to the admin to service our customers remotely.  G2A is running as a service and we are able to make the swap once, when we swap back is the problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix or workaround?  Thanks in advance.

Hi @DCanez ,

Does this happen on every PC where you switch between Admin and Non-Admin Users?

We will attempt to recreate the experience in our test lab.

Hi. So far, yes, it does happen on each one of the PCs we have setup like that.
