Is it possible if I call in that the support team would be able to supply me with a listing of devices for my organization?
@AaronC1 LMI Customer Care does not have that type of visibility into accounts at a glance, however if you have an enormous list of devices they may be able to file an engineering request to pull a general report together.

When will this VERY simple function be added to GoTo Assist?? I see that the original question was early 2017....... we are now March 2019! come on guys get Dev Ops on this and make your customers happy. Can you give me a timescale of when this will be available?
