I am trying to perform a remote session with a customer and also have my developer to be part of that remote session. He needs to view the customer's desktop to better troubleshoot. How is this possible?
That was a great question. I forgot about this capability. This is what I read. The first subject on the page: "Use Collaborative Sessions (Invite to Session or Session Transfer)" I read the last sentence says the agents do not have to be on the same account... But as I have experienced, this has to be true in practice. I will let you know if I am able to do this with agents on two separate GotoAssist accounts.
