For information purposes our feedback was last received regularly on 8-26-15. After that day we received nothing for a solid week until 9-2-15 at which point we received 1 feedback only, then nothing until 9-22-15 when we began receiving feedback all day long so far as customers responded. I personally received 15 feedback requests for tickets where I was listed as the customer at 11:00am PST today so I imagine our users are seeing similar results.
