Sure thing Luke, happy to chat it over more. I have had the new look on but I don't think you're going to convince me that it's more productive. I can't see how having to scroll to view tickets beats seeing them all at a glance.

Again screen shot to demonstrate what open incidents look like in both views.  I know which one I prefer 😄

I noticed that the lock icon no longer displays for Internal Only articles in the KB. The titled appears as indented.

Also when creating new Incidents the Show in Portal option is not ticked but it's set in the services default selections to always show.

We have also noticed the issue with the portal not being checked by default.

Another big issue for us is the sorting, if the list is grouped by due date the list is not sorted with the tickets due first at the top.  As shown in the screen shot the order is all wrong.   Really need to be able to sort correctly.

Also User profile pictures are no longer displaying on the dashboard.

I normally like to sort but not to group.

  • Group Y/N option
  • sort by due date or creation date

Also missing the subscribe button that was available in the old view next to the list of watch listed users on the right.
