This is more of a general issue with communications from LMI/GoTo but all of the forums are for specific products.
Yesterday we had a communication come in about GoTo Connect e911 changes. That email went to our filtering service quarantine due to SPF/DMARC alignment failure. SPF/DMARC failures are nearly always a problem on the sending side (as in, LogMeIn/GoTo need to fix something). Today a user attempted to reset her password and the email for that also went to quarantine for SPF/DMARC failure.
Please let your internal IT teams know about these issues. They will want to correct DNS records ASAP to ensure that future communications don't end up in quarantines and/or spam folders.
Thanks
Hi @VKY
We are investigating reports of this type. I'll try to get an update from the team as soon as possible.
@VKY Could you please send a copy of the problem email as a separate attachment to this email alias so we can review the qualities in full? : gotoservice@goto.com
I tried and it bounced...
