Assistant role for scheduling meetings for organizer

People in our higher management often have a management team that is handling their schedule and is responsible for planning all meetings in a shared Outlook Calendar. So if a member of the management team that has planned a meeting is on holiday, another member of the team sometimes needs to edit the meeting, e.g. add a co-organizer or change the schedule.

I was told this isn't possible when the team members are co-organizers, so I would propose to either extend the co-organizer role or add another type of shared membership, maybe something more akin to shared calendars in Outlook.

@Barnickles  The ability for any attendee to launch meetings is undergoing beta testing currently, so this may help fit some of your co-hosting needs in the future.

Technically you can have one person schedule all of the meetings, then make co-organizers of the team members who intend to host them, without any conflict to the original organizer's account.  As long as the scheduling organizer isn't attempting to host simultaneous sessions themselves.  So if you have a licensed organizer assisting with the scheduling, then this may help with the flexibility there.
