About refund

I am a Chinese user, because the visit in China is very slow, the experience is not good, and many pages cannot be opened. I canceled my subscription in the middle of last year. For some reason, the charge was still deducted on the billing day. I want to refund the money I paid and stop the service.

I have reviewed your account and see that you cancelled online and a full refund was automatically issued. It may take a few business days to show up in your statement.
