Again, no recording

I just hosted an hour and a half training meeting.  Iclicked record and it said it was recording.  When I was done with the meeting, there was no recording in the cloud. 

BTW:  My preferences are to Use GoToMeeting integrated audio

Hi @gross91 ,

I apologize for any recording failures with GoToMeeting. 

Whe Cloud Recording fails you should see the recording file save to the local PC, though this won't work if recording through a mobile device.

Did you check your local documents folders for the meeting recording?
