Attendees reporting problems with service

Has anyone had attendees report getting a message when they try to register that says "we're having problems with this service at the moment and come back later"

I've had to cancel the webinar altogether

Hi Jackie,

That message should only appear during an actual service disruption, which you may reference here to confirm it's a system issue: https://status.gotomeeting.com/

Re: Attendees reporting problems with service

Hi, no it wasn't a service disruption. It appears that it was linked to their settings when they clicked on the link to register. It was trying to launch something and their system blocked it. We are starting to have so many more problems that we might have to change platform altogether. I wish the Join via web browser was a choice - some of my attendees are not being given the option. In schools they are allowed to download software themselves. When they click on the link to join it is taking them no where

If you schedule your next webinar as a 'webcast' type webinar then you can force all Attendees to utilize their web browsers instead of the GoToWebinar desktop application:  https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/webcast-webinars-g2w090100
