Automatically record GoToMeetings?

Is there a way to set up Gotomeeting so by default all meeting are recorded?

Sometimes I forget to record the meeting and if all meeting were recorded automatically this issue will be solve.

One less thing to remember to do.

Hi Owen,
GoToMeeting does not yet have Automatic-Recording as a feature like GoToWebinar does...  We will update the Community if this should change.

Hi Owen,
GoToMeeting does not yet have Automatic-Recording as a feature like GoToWebinar does...  We will update the Community if this should change.

A better outcome might be once someone has joined the meeting with the organizer, Gotomeeting should trigger a popup remind me to record the meeting. This way at least it is top of mind!

That is an excellent suggestion: making such a preference that you can toggle on/off. I will pass that feedback along to our product team :).

Agreed!  I held training presentations with groups of 20-30 attendees, leaving that many more to rely on recordings.  I FORGOT to hit "Record"!!!  
Please make the setting available to poke me in the virtual ribs (really hard, and with a pointy elbow) to make me hit that button whenever I start a meeting.  
Even more precisely, it should pop up at the scheduled starting time for the event, so as not to record all the idle chatter as members join up.

Hi,
I'm afraid that automatic recording is not currently an option in GoToMeeting.  It is an existing feature request that our team is aware of.

Hi Sai,
GoToWebinar just released a new feature called 'Record On Start', available in your GoToWebinar Organizer Control Panel, just under the 'Start Broadcast' area.  Unfortunately this is not a feature you can enable by default yet, but is available on individual webinars that you host. 

If activated, once the organizer begins the audio broadcast the GoToWebinar recording will automatically begin (and end automatically when you finish the broadcast / end the session).

Auto-record GoToMeetings

Hello,

It's 2018, can we have an auto-recording feature enabled in the cloud as well as an option to enable it on the Windows client? I am an IT Specialist and this is one of the most requested feature by our employees.
