Bluetooth sound quality

Hi

The sound quality when using GTM (Desktop) with by bluetooth headset makes them unusable.

The quality is fine while using other applications and using them with GTM(Android). 

How can this be resolved.

Is this a Windows or Mac desktop? 

What's the bluetooth model of headset you prefer to use with GoTo services?

Nothing specific, just bad sound quality.
