I'm using GoToMeeting and I want to change my user profile (language, time zone etc..) but ALWAYS there is a red pop window that the system is not able to save the settings.
I tried firefox, chrome, IE7 on my and on computer of a colleague. We emtied the cache and cookies.
Always the same result, the system is not able to save the changes.
Unfortunenately a quick google search gave no solution on this problem.
Customer Support can not help either.
Maybe the community know more ?
