I am using Windows 10 and though my audio is fine and audible to all attendees, I cannot share my video with them or see myself in the client (Red). Other attendees can hear and see each other fine but all attendees cannot see me. Other attendees show as Grey with their initials (Red)
This is odd, since in the client I can see myself in the settings menu (Green).
Any help would be appreciated
List of things tried:
Uninstalling/Reinstalling GoToMeeting
Uninstalling Skype
Updating drivers
I pass https://webcamtests.com/ easily and can see in windows settings that Camera is allowed for this application and firefox (default browser)
Hi @RostoG ,
One other thing to consider is that webcams feed through the 1853 port, so if you have something blocking this access point, you won't be able to send or receive video streams.
I have been having the same issue and it started around the same time as yours. I thought by now it would have been fixed or I would be able to find a solution.
Can you please collect the log files from your computers for us to review? This support article explains how: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/how-do-i-collect-web-app-logs-g2m090119
Once you have the log files please upload them HERE
I added what your requested. Any new ideas? Also, if I enter the room with my camera on, then it stays on and I cannot turn it off, but it shows in gotomeeting as still on. If I enter the room with my camera off, then I cannot turn it on through gotomeeting.
Hi,
Are you able to confirm any security applications installed on your Windows 10 device, and the device's model number itself?
