Cisco Spark Room Kit trying access to meeting

I have Cisco Spark Room Kit and I’m trying to access from it to my Meetings.

 

I’m trying to access with call rate 512 kbps and H323 Protocol.

 

The VC will access to the meeting for 10 sec and left, and from the VC side the call will reject.

 

I don’t know what the problem.. in the VC log will show :

Disconnect cause type

RemoteRejected

Occurrence type

NoAnswer

 

So can you help me here.??

In order to use GoToMeeting with 3rd party conferencing hardware, you neeed to have a GoToMeeting Plus plan with InRoom Link. At this time InRoom Link supports:

Polycom

  • Group Series 300, 500 and 700
  • HDX Series 7000, 8000 and 9000

Lifesize

  • Express Series 220
  • Icon Series 400

Cisco

  • SX20
Additional systems

Note that this integration may work on other systems not officially supported by InRoom Link. Our customers have reported successful meetings from the following systems:

  • Aver EVC 300
  • Cisco DX80, SX10, SX80, C20 and C40
  • LifeSize Icon Series 600 and 800
  • Tandberg 880 MXP

GoToMeeting InRoom functionality has improved! 

 

We now support many SIP phone systems as well as H.323 communication standards.
