Closed Captioning for GTM sessions

How do I support hearing-impaired participants?  Does GoToMeeting support closed-captioning?  is there a third-party plugin I can add?

I apologize but at this time we do not have any built-in functionality such as closed-captioning for hearing-impaired users.  However there are 3rd party services out there that may help you meet your needs.

Great news!   We have updated the GoToMeeting services to now inlcude transcripts of meetings after they are complete:  https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomeeting/help/transcriptions-smart-meeting-assistant-g2m040030

What is the status with adding closed captioning to GoToMeeting functionality?  This is extremely important to my business and serving a hearing impared client.  We need to be able to carry on a dialog in real time, meaning after the meeting transcripts are not helpful.

I will also reach out to my community of professionals to see what other communication options would be help me to work with my clients.
