Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, this is unacceptable.

1. This is not documented at all on your website

2. I asked that question to your Sales organization when I purchased the accounts and was told it's included.

 

It's been impossible to get a good answer for weeks.

 

And although I understand you're under huge load at the moment, we're postponing meetings because your phone conference capabilities are at peak and new calls are rejected. Goto meeting is more of a non-conference than a conference atm.

@psi1 I'm sorry for any confusion this may have caused.  You may reference our current pricing and feature comparison for the differences between plans: https://www.gotomeeting.com/meeting/pricing 

 

These feature sets are subject to change depending upon current marketing, though you will never 'lose' a function due to a different promotion if you keep your subscription up to date.

@AshC can't see the Co-Organizers in the feature comparison and there's no mention it's not included.

I was just told this is a k.o. criteria.

@psi1 Currently GoToMeeting Business plans and Enterprise contracts will allow for Co-Organizer functionality.  If you need any help with an upgrade, please click my Community name to send a private message.

At this time we only offer Co-Organizer functionality for GoToMeeting Business plans and higher.  I'm sorry for the confusion online.

If you currently subscribe to GoToMeeting Business tiers or higher, then you would be able to utilize the Co-Organizer feature.  I'm sorry this is not more clear online, we are working towards better customer messaging there.  If you need assistance upgrading your plan, please click on my Community name to confirm your GoTo admin login credentials.

Thank you for the info ... I finally reached customer support and they could enable co-organizer function for our Emergency Work Kit
