Please let us know if the audio drops continue, and if you get the same results on all devices and networks.
Hi Ash, we have experienced these continous audio drop and cut outs since we started to use GoToMeeting desktop app in March; they seem to like more a feature than occasional disruptions. We also have tried three computers, three different external microphones and two separate internet connections but there is no difference. We have used the audio issue reporting functionality twice but haven't received any help. There is nothing wrong with the sound when using the browser app for some reason...
@JM3 Have you been able to test a completely different network as well?
Do you hear the same effects when dialing in by phone?
