Display Resolution Problem

We have 1 user with this problem.  Attendees see his presentation with what has been described as:  blurred text and images, very light shading behind text, characters not fully formed.  The user (presenter) does not see the presentation this way; to him the display is sharp and clear.  When the user/presenter clicks on an area of the screen where the blurred text is, the attendee then sees the text sharp and clear.  If the user/presenter moves away from that area of the screen, eventually the text becomes blurred again.  This happens regardless of which external display he uses for the presentation (he has a laptop and 2 external 27" monitors).  We have tried various resolution settings and the problem remains under each setting.  I have tried to focus on the fact that the text/image becomes clear to the attendee when the presenter clicks on it, but have found no information on something like this.  Thank you.

Re: Display Resolution Problem

Hi @AshC ,

Thank you for the fast reply.  We tried presenting from the user's laptop display and the problem remained.  We changed the display resolution to use the native/recommended resolution and this solved the problem.  Thank you for your help.

Re: Display Resolution Problem

Hi @kbrubaker ,

After reading your description here, I was wondering what the presentation looks like when presenting through GoToMeeting on the affected laptop's native / built-in screen screen?

Does the attendee visibility improve if the presenter shares different applications?

Are they zooming in on a smaller application window instead of sharing the entire desktop?
