@FFC75  Sorry about that.

Could you tell us what GoToMeeting version was running at the time, and if you had pressed the Mute All button as the GoTo event Organizer?

We are on version 8.39.4 Build 11882;  mute all was enabled for the test participant.  (This was a test webinar in which we only had one person logged in as a participant.)

@DMZS @FFC75 Could you test out a recording of your GoToWebinar with no attendees present to listen for the echo in the recording itself? 

 

Also, have you been able to test in a different local area network with the same audio device?

@DMZS  What happens when you do not have any attendees, and record the live broadcast for a minute?
