I tried to download and start as administrator, same issue.. I've googled many threads, but non has fixed the issue.
Please advise...

Here are a few things that might help:
- Save the GoToMeeting launcher first, then from the downloads folder right-click the file and select ''Properties'. Under 'Compatibility' check 'Run this program as an administrator', then Apply and hit OK before opening again.
- If all browsers behave the same way, perform a full UNinstall, then::

Hi there,
Sorry you're encountering this error message !
The note 'Access Denied' is a pretty telling documentation. It essentially means you have local or network security blocking GoToMeeting from fully installing there. When the launcher downloads an installer for GoToMeeting it first creates the executable as an empty file, then populates it with the data afterwards. Some firewalls / proxies will block this request and substitute a common error message instead.

Thanks for the response.
Like I've mentioned, others apps (like WebEx) has no issues in running, joining, starting a meeting instantly. Plus, GTM is used company wide, so I doubt there is any restrictions. Even within the intranet, or outside, same issue.
Digging a bit deeper myself, it seems the executable file actually installs GTM and its different componenets, I'm able to find it under C:\Users\ihijazi\AppData\Local\GoToMeeting\8199. Double clicking the GM2Installer.exe raises the same error. But running it as admin opens it with no error.
Although, I can open GTM via this workaround, I'm not able to dynamically open on meeting links to join the meeting, I need to do it manually (start GTM manually, enter meeting number, etc..)
Not very convinent.
Any idea? I've logged a support ticket with GTM, but I didn't get a response until now.
Hope someone fixes the issue, and/or tell me exactly what needs to be unblocked, etc...
Thanks
Issam

Thanks buddy.
The first option worked brilliantly! After I done, I was able to run it dynamically from the broweser without performing download=>run-as-admin from compatibility settings.
Guess I'll need to do this on every new release/build now, right?
No special security solutions installed, relying only on Windows Defender.
THANKS again...
