GoToMeeting Audio Issues with Plantronics C320-M headset

Out of the blue, we experience audio issues with the Plantronics C320-M headset; the audio of the microphone is not detected anymore. However, computer settings show the microphone works fine, and it also continues to work in other online meetings programs such as Zoom and Teams.  We use GTM version 10.17.0 Build 19796.

@NicolineG   We haven't made any audio changes with that GoTo version in the past few months.   Can you check with the audio device's manufacturer website to see if there are any software updates available?
