Hi -- I am on Outlook v16.21. I downloaded and installed GoToMeeting Scheduler and it does not launch. It is in my applications but nothing launches. Can you advise on how to resolve?
The GoToMeeting scheduler stopped working on my Mac after the latest Outlook update. I'm on Mac O/S 10.14.4 and Outlook for Mac 16.25. It does not add GoTo info to meeting booking.
At this time I feel confident in recommending everyone stop using our Mac Scheduler application and start using our new Office 365 Outlook Add-in. You can read all about it here in our support article.
Unfortunately that isn't a solution that works for me. I'm using the desktop version of Outlook calendar on my Mac, not OWA to Office 365. The scheduler was working but stopped with the latest update. Are you saying that it won't be supported and you are now only supporting the Office 365 Outlook add-in for OWA? I hope that's not the case. Please advise.

Were you seeing any errors with the Mac Scheduler? We haven't updated this app recently, so it could be something else happening there...
