I have been using Gotomeeting on my phone (galaxy s9+) for about 6 months now (for a couple hours once a week), and in the last couple months it will frequently disconnect then I have to turn my phone's wifi off and back on for it to reconnect--once I had to completely restart the app. Is this more likely a phone issue or a gotomeeting issue? I don't know if it really only happens when using Gotomeeting or that's the only time I notice it.
@kimmuryiel I apologize for the struggles with the GoToMeeting mobile app.
That behavior is not normal in my experience. If there are no updates available for the Galaxy Android OS, I would next remove the GoToMeeting app before rebooting and reinstalling again through the Play Store.
1 week = 2 weeks, right? XD (life got crazy because holidays...)
I redownloaded the app and it is much better. I still get random disconnects, but it isn't anywhere near as often. Perhaps it was a combo of the app messing up and my wifi going on the fritz for a minute.
