How can I start and end a meeting through a command line on Windows?

I need the ability to start a meeting automatically at a specific time, and end it at another time.
Is there a command line switch, or what is the argument on the /Action switch to do this?

Re: How can I start and end a meeting through a command line on Windows?

I found a way to launch a meeting in the GTM client with command line or batch file. Simply paste this code into a batch file, change to a valid meetingID and run.

start "GTM" "gotomeeting://SALaunch?Action=join&MeetingID=123456789"

Enjoy!

Hi John,
Unfortunately this is not possible currently, however it's a great Idea

Hooray! I did it.
Using the Desktop Shortcut "GoToMeeting Quick Connect", and looking at the launched meeting URL, i discovered that you can connect to a meeting by adding the parameter "/MeetingID "

So the command line (or shortcut line - Target) looks like this:
"E:\Program Files\Citrix\GoToMeeting\1350\g2mstart.exe" "/Mode Terse" "/Action Join" "/Trigger Shortcut" "/Product G2M" "/FreeTrialUrl https://s.gotomeeting.com/QuickConnect" "/MeetingID 123456789"

Interesting.  So could you get that to happen from a job scheduler somehow?  I'm looking for a way to start a meeting automatically/unattended, on the presenter's comuter but without the presenter physically doing it.

Re: How can I start and end a meeting through a command line on Windows?

Hi

I have the same problem/question.

Can I run the logon with command line as an organizer?

That means, how can I send or set login and password in a command line?

I have checked a Registry Export / Import - but doesn`t work (works only for a short time).

We will change in our meeting room the PRO and PLUS license.

Thanks for answer,

Gerhard
