I am trying to change as an administrator the email login address. I have got to the stage of getting the verification email code and then at first it said there was an error. Then it appeared to work and asked me to login in under the new email address but when I put the password in it said it was incorrect.
The only way I could get in was to say I wasn't that user and change the email address back to the old one when logging in and when I logged in it was still the old email address.
How do I make this change.

If you made the login email change through gotomeeting.com and it appeared successful, please try sending a forgot password email tot he address that you attempted to change the login to.
I don't think it was successful, as when I went to put in the password, which it hadn't given me the opportunity to change, it said it was incorrect. The only way I could log back in was to use the original login email. We only have one user account.
Make sure that the other email address is not already in use by attempting to send a forgot password link to it.
