I have a GoToMeeting license with 3 users, but the user that is the billing admin is inactive and I cannot enter the account. I tried to reset the password but I never receive the mail.

@proyectosjuarez If the forgot password email also doesn't come through from www.gotomeeting.com, then you may be on the blocked list. In this case you can call Customer Support any time to have it removed: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/how-do-i-contact-gotomeeting-customer-support-g2m090151
