I regret signing up for GoToMeeting

I purchased three seats for GoToMeeting, and it has been a disaster. Meeting after meeting with no phone connections, people can't get into meetings, and this is just using it for a month! Now my co-organizers keep getting asked for verification codes that never come, or don't work. I want a refund!
