System Requirements: "Presenters must be on the Windows or Mac desktop app to include their media sound. " In the "Share my screen" window, check the "Include media sound" box and click Share. Alternatively, you can use the Options drop-down in the Presenter toolbar and click Include media sound."
I do not have the "Include media sound" checkbox in the Share My Screen window , and the Options drop-down menu does not include option to "Include media sound" . I have Go To Meeting Version 10.14.0 Build 18962 , running on Macbook Pro , Mac OS 10.12.6.
The support article only says "Presenters must be on the Windows or Mac desktop app to include their media sound. " , and the blog article says: "Audio Sharing is now available for all users (Mac and Windows) with GoToMeeting version 10.14!" , it does not specify a certain version of Mac OS (or higher) that must be used to enable the "Include Media Sound" function. But it seems to me that the "Include Media Sound" option does not work on Mac OS 10.12.6 . Is this the case or is there some other reason that I can't get it to work ?
