Installation process is freezes . Can you help me with it ?

Dear Support,

 

I have problem with GoToMeeting software.

When I click on the link, the client is loaded, it initiate the connection to the host. The problem is that the connection to the host  does not occur, because the client cannot fully create the connection and freezes.

The same thing happens when reinstalling gotomeeting software. Installation process is freezes .

Can you help me with it ?
