I'm having an issue where some of the attendee's names for a meeting do not appear correctly in the attendee list in "Diagnostics". In place of several names I only see a "0", and in one case in place of the name there is "[Waiting for name]". I'm not sure whether this is because the attendees didn't enter their names or if there is another cause. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
In some cases the attendee may have failed to enter a name, as it is not currently a requirement of the Meeting platform. Do you see the same results on other meeting reports as well?
I just encountered another problem and I'm not sure if it is related to this, but I'm posting it here just in case.
Today when I attempt to download the attendee list from any of my hosts I get the following error:
It doesn't have an error code so I'm not even sure how and where to look it up. Any ideas?
I apologize for the frustration, the admin reports issue should be resolved as of late yesterday afternoon. Have you tried downloading a report again today?
