Log file for an individual meeting?

Is there a way to pull a timestamped log file for a particular user meeting? I have the attendee and diagnostic report, but it doesn't have events listed on it.

We had a conference unit get muted in the call. Nobody was near it to hit *6 to mute it, and the meeting attendees did not have permissions to mute each other. There was only one organizer, and nobody was at the computer to accidentally mute the conference unit.

I am hoping there is a log file that I can pull to see what fired the mute command, and from where, so that we can avoid this in the future. Is that possible?

Re: Log file for an individual meeting?

Hi @mmeyers,

If these attendees were dialed in by telephone, we can investigate the cause of a muting event if you can contact us within 24 hours of the call.  This is due to the short period which telecoms retain their audio data, where we can no longer trace back to the source after 1 day post-problem.
