I would like to use GoTo for meetings where confidential information will be discussed. This will not work if anyone attending can make a recording of the meeting so it would be really helpful to know if it is possible to prevent that happening.
Thanks for any advice.

Hi @RDAFA ,
Only GoTo Organizers are allowed to record the audio-video broadcasts. You might also consider locking your meeting while in session, and you've confirmed all the attendees are legitimate in your Attendee control pane.

Thanks for the response - that is very helpful.
It has been pointed out to me that many smart phones, tablets and laptops now have the capacity to record whatever is being viewed - so that even if the meeting is not being recorded within the GoToMeetings app (by the organiser) participants may be able to make thier own recording without any of the other participants being aware of this. Not an issue specifically to do with GoToMeetings - just somehting to be consciuos of in terms of the limits on the security of any online meeting.
