Multi-session schedule is not reflected in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Hi All

Sorry for many time.

I have set up multiple sessions in GoToWebinar, however I can't download the schedule for each session in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

 Works fine in Safari.

Is there a workaround?

@KyokoM  When you say "download the schedule", do you mean the calendar appointment / ICS file?

Are there any error messages in Chrome when you make the attempt?

Yes.

No. There is no error message.

The details are as follows.

The image below is an excerpt from a reminder email.

We are planning 5 sessions, however, remind mail will only show 1 session.

Is it possible to set a calendar for multiple sessions with one reminder email?

Re: Multi-session schedule is not reflected in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

OK, I was confused because this is the GoToMeeting Community forum.

When creating a recurring GoToWebinar schedule, calendars like Outlook can only add the first instance of the series in most cases due to a limitation of its ability to recognize multiple different dates and times that are not repeating identically.  This is something we've been unsuccessful at resolving, and has remained a known issue with recurring appointments.
