Hi All,
Starting last week, each time I try to join our weekly meeting on my laptop, it starts and then crash after 3 seconds.
I uninstalled and reinstalled GoToMeeting app and GoToOpener. I also updated my windows 10. started my computer. But still I have the same issue.
Any idea how to fix it? I end up using my phone to join th meeting but I will be presenting in 2 days so I must use my laptop.

Hello Ahmed,
I highly recommend updating all available drivers on the affected computer, directly from the manufacturer website.
Another idea is to launch into safemode before joining a test session to see if it is audio or video driver related: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/join-a-test-session-g2m050001
