These two are hosted by fastcomet.
But I can see that no welcome emails have been sent to either...
It is on your end.. some sort of black list.
It does work with icloud.com emails so it must be those two domains.
Please fix ASAP.
@mavsol It is possible that the email provider marked our communication attempts as fraudulent or spamming attempts, so you may want to double check with the Email settings themselves. Have you tried sending a forgot password email to the affected address' from the GoTo login page?
I talked to my mail provider.. The email is not hitting our servers.. so it must be at the logme in side.
It looks like those address' were denying our emails. At that point we stop sending communications to avoid any complications with the email provider.
