Polling and attendants list

Good morning, I've been reading the feature lists of the different pricing plans, but I was not able to understand if these features are available and in which plans:

1) Being able to launch a poll for the attendants, in order to create an ANONYMOUS voting system.

2) Obtaining a list of the attendants who actually participated to a certain meeting.

GoToWebinar and GoToTraining currently offer Polling functionality, which is anonymous and has full reporting of individual attendees after the broadcast completes.
