Preview in Meetings

Desktop, I do not have a Camera.  I do have the program Amolto Call Recorder installed for recording Skype Conversations.  In our Gotomeeting, the preview windows shows everyone's initials.  In mine, it says "Amolto Recorder for Skype" or something like that.  In my Camera section, it shows Amolto Virtual Camera.  I can't seem to change my preview and I can't change the camera.

How can I get my preview to be like EVERYONE elses?

Re: Preview in Meetings

Hi @sroberts1 ,

Sorry for any confusion. It's possible that program is mimicking the input for a webcam somewhere.

When you join a live GoToMeeting broadcast, you will also have an icon for the Attendee List, where you may update your visible name accordingly.  The default behavior of GoToMeeting name / webcam attachment is to show the initials (first-middle-last) of each participant as they have chosen to be seen in this list.

Re: Preview in Meetings

Hmmm-- you may also be on an older GoToMeeting build.  Are you able to check the GoToMeeting software version installed locally?

10.7.0 Build 16576.  It just updated itself last week.

OK, you should be receiving version 10.8 within days.  After the upgrade, please test the functionality again and let us know.
