Today I had problem with connecting to video call on GoToMeeting. Did something happen with the program? Some participants have no sound or image, the image was lagging behind the sound, or they had the message "Could not join sesion. An unknown error has occured."
@Aga1 In some rare cases there may have been an initial problem with the meeting launch / synchronization with the GoTo platform. Have you been able to host a new meeting to see if the issues persist?

@Aga1 In that case the problem may be localized to the PC itself or your area network performance. You can always try running the GoTo Connection Wizard app to see if a better connection route can be utilized: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/install-and-run-the-connection-wizard-windows
