I have already subscribed to a GoToMeeting Professional license, but cloud recording still doesn't work. I have already enabled cloud recording at the Admin Center for my account. Trying to record a meeting started on a browser will show that a grayed-out recording button with a message saying 'Recording is not available for this meeting'. Recording a meeting started on the Desktop app though has recording enabled, but only locally. When you check on the meeting history, no meeting has ever been recorded online. Can somebody please help me solve this? Thanks.
Sorry for any confusion. GoToMeeting Cloud Recording functionality is currently only offered with Business and Enterprise plans.
