Hi, during a meeting I've started recoding and all microphones have been muted automatically. I could not do anything to reactivate microphones, so I closed the room and reopened it, but when I've stated the recording again, an error popped up, so I recorded my screen with another software. How can I fix it?
@CF-nume I'm sorry about the error there. We have seen some cloud recording issues this past week with Amazon Web Server disruptions that may have affected your broadcast. I'm afraid there isn't an easy way to re-record the audio unless you have a working copy of the original feed. Can you retest now to see if the problem persists?
